In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the operation of a business and/ or under the auspices of Youth Ventures, I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that: The risk of injury from any activity involved in owning and operating a business is possible including the potential for permanent disability, death, public and private property damage etc. does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of those persons released from liability below, and assume full responsibility for my participation and, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless the Youth Ventures Program, its staff, volunteers, corporate sponsors and funders with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, personal or private property damage. I understand and agree that this release of the Liability Agreement covers each and every activity and event in which I participate in the hereafter, including the use of third-party applications, including but not limited to Shopify, Paypal, and more.

Youth Ventures likes to publicize the accomplishments of its participants as well as the activities of the Youth Ventures program. I hereby grant Youth Ventures, its officers, employees, agents, funders, assigns and licenses the perpetual rights throughout the world to use and reuse for lawful purposes (including but not limited to) television, printed marketing materials, websites, in any manner or media, by any means or device know known or hereafter created, in the use of my image/and or obtained per above for education and archival purposes and promotional activities.
